What is honey?

Honey Bees collect nectar from flowers and convet it into honey which they store in the cells of the wax combs. The honey is food stores firstly for the colony's bees but so to a large amount may be taken by the Beekeeper if well managed.

There is a huge amount of information available about how honey is made, its uses and medicinal qualities in books and across the web.
